Even though I didn't know him, I am very affected by this incident, I have not been able to sleep well for the past two night. This is not fair, I wont forget you, May you rest in peace.

Lawrence I'm sorry we couldn't save you. I'm sorry we didn't know how. I'm sorry we won't be able to save the next one like you, or the next, or the next, or the next but maybe some day it will all end.

Such a disgrace that someone is killed over such a ridicolous subject. I hope the 14 year boy who killed little larry will suffer in jail for the rest of his life. he knew right from wrong and no matter what no court says. murder is murder. but little larry deserves an applaud as he stood up for himself and never let his character drift away, but because of standing up for himself ends in his trgaic death. RIP Larry, you are one who is appreciated

I am truly sorry for the lose of Larry King I have been defending gay rights for many years now and I am only 15 years old. Gay people have the same rights as straight people and I bet that Larry was a very sweet boy and had I been there I would have defended him in every way.Children can be cruel but he shouldn't have had to die just for his sexual orientation.Long Live Larry's memory and may he never be forgotten.

To the King and foster family of Larry King: I am so very very sorry to hear of your loss. I am so sad for you. It is a terrible thing for a parent to have to go through. My son is gay, and at the age of 22 died of suicide. I know he is in heaven and if you believe that is where Larry is than Brent is there too with him. I hope someday this hatered towards others will dissappear. My prayers are with Larry's family and Brandon's family too.

I want to express my deepest sympathy at the lost of your wonderful son. I am a mother of 4 and cam accross this article about your son. I was horrified of what was done to him. May our Lord be at Larry's side in heaven. God bless you

Although I am not gay and personally do not support that sexual orientation, I completely and absolutely hate that brutal and violent action was taken out on Larry. He is a human being, just as all of us are human, and just because he was "different" in a sense does not give anyone the right to have used excessive and extremely unnecessary violence against him. My condolences to Larry's parents, and wishes for brighter days to come.
