I have been inspired by Larry. After hearing his story, I learned a lot. I learned that you should be yourself, and face your fears. You should love everyone, and pray for everyone. Thank you Lawrence King, may you Rest In Peace.

Larry you are an amazing human being. Not "were", because you still are. I will remember your story forever and it will affect me for the rest of my life. Hate crimes against gays probably will never end but I can promise you that I am going to try my best to do what I can. I hope that you are in heaven, safe and sound and you can find it in yourself to forgive Brandon even though he has done an unforgivable thing. This world is a horrible place for us, the gay population and it will remain so forever. All we can do is fight for our rights. One day, we will have eqaul rights all over the world, and by the time that happens, I bet I'll be in heaven with you too. I hope I get to meet you in heaven one day Larry, you are an inspiration.

I did not have the joy of knowing larry, but i can relate to what he went through. ever since the 6th grade i have been taunted and excluded because i was gay. I currently live in the state where Matt Shepard was killed and both of them are in my heart. You have my support but i keep my rage of how ignrant this country has gotten.

It is horrible that there is so much hate in the world. No matter how hard we try there are so many closed minded people raising a whole other closed minded generation. I feel that everyone one should have the chance to be happy and unjudged. Love and Prayers Zach

King family, I am so sorry for your loss! My oldest brother was taken from my family 7 years ago in an act of violence that we will never forget. As hard as it is to speak about the tradegy your family is going through, touching one person and making them change the way they feel about the gay community is enough. Your message has reached thousands and thousands of people and i'm sure you have changed quite a few of those peoples lives. I am so sorry for what your family has been put through. Larry, You are now an angel sent to watch over those that love you the most. You were clearly loved by many people and even if it was only for 15 short years, they were blessed to have you in their lives. Take care and may you always fly high with the angels.

I pray this will never happen again, but this year 2009 two youth decide to take their own lives for being gay. I did not know Larry, but I love him. I will always fight and will always remember the ones who suffer. Mr. and Mrs. King your son was taken from you, but he will always love you and know he is in heaven looking upon all of your family and the people who he cared about. God will take care of him as I pray he will continue to help me live my hard life.

Hi! My name is Victor, I'm gay and live in Gemany. Next September, the 13th will take place in Frankfurt the annual City Run to collect funds to the HIV-Help Association. Just acknowledge what happened and I'll wear a T-shirt with the website and written "Love, the only way forwards. We are all equals". After, the link to this website. God bless us all!

I remember the day it happened!...the sound of the helicopters over where I lived in Oxnard, CA just blocks from the school...I had no idea that a gentle, hopeful and loving soul had met an tragic, cruel and unneccessary end...Little Larry, you are walking now on streets of gold, in the warmth and presence of our Lord and Creator...may God try to give some peace to your family knowing that you are home...

Caro Larry, non è giusto morire così alla tua eta, quando hai ancora tante cose da dire e da fare, per colpa della ferocia umana, sono con te e con tutte le persone che combattono l'omofobia, ti voglio bene, ovunque tu sia.
