dear larry and the king family,
no matter what, people will be very contained, and that makes us all mad. I wish everyone could be tolerant. That's the reason brave larry went to jesus. At least up in heaven, larry will be happy, because Jesus welcomes all little children. We should all take a moment to remember the kids who were killed because of being different. We should also learn to love and be an angel.
We all love you larry, please gaurd over all of us until we join you.

I read about this tragic event and it touched me so much that it brought tears to my eyes. My heart and prayers go out to this beautiful little boys family. He did not deserve to die. He had soo much ahead of him. May he rest in peace because he is now in a better place where this hatred nonsense doesnt exist.

My condolonces to your lost. I am proud to say that your son, Larry was not ashamed of who he was and if he felt that he was a woman. Then you know what good for him and he will make a difference, that someday everyone will accept others like Larry.

We are truly sorry for your loss. How did this child get a handgun? Why is it so easy for our children to obtain guns & drugs? It's a shame that in the great country we have so much ignorance & intolerance. We are all Gods children. If he didn't want gay/lesbians, handicapped, etc.,people in the world-then tell me why, if he is our creator, why we are here? As a lesbian couple we have faced all kinds of unacceptance, ignorance, etc. But we keep on fighting for our rights & the rights of the gay/lesbian children coming up now. Larry -- You will be remembered in all of our hearts. Only a coward would hurt someone because of their hate, but it takes true bravery and strength to defy all that society has laid down as gender roles. You are an inspiration.

First of all my thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family. I too have a son who wears female clothing and I too have fought the school he attended for not enforcing the dress code. I really feel in my heart that maybe if they had enforced the dress code things would be different for my son as well (He is now 18 and living out of my home.) While I still do not approve of all of his decisions, I believe in free will and the right to be whoever we want to be. Keep up the fight and know you are not alone.
