May God bless the family. Lawrence is in a much better place now, with no pain, and no hurt. While I never knew Larry, one thing is for sure - I will never forget Larry. This story touched me when it first happened and it still pulls at my heart strings today. I know he was a beautiful person. God needed another angel...

I have just read about your loss in the Newsweek. It is the month of July and I am surprised not to have heard about this tragedy sooner...I am very sorry to Larry's family, you must miss him terribly. From the descriptions I have read and the photos I have seen he seems to be extremely charismatic and a whole lot of fun! I am unbelievably sad at the moment about the state of this country and especially for the loss of your wonderful son! Please take care of yourselves and agin I am very sorry to hear this wretched news.

I also have just heard about this story, and My heart truly goes out to the family and friends of this wonderful young man. This is a tragedy beyond comprehension and I honestly think that the young man that shot Larry should be tried as an adult and given the maximum sentence allowed by law!! I will hold all of you in my prayers and If I can be of service in anyway please contact me through my e-mail address or website above. May Love and Peace somehow pierce the darkness of this senseless tragedy and may you be comforted!

Your son was such a precious angel. While his death is uneblievably tragic, he can be seen as an inspiration to us all! While I never got the pleasure of meeting your little one his story breaks my heart. I'll keep his sweet smile in my heart and your family is in my thoughts.

how did i just find out about this! i am disgusted that people are trying to say that larry threatened the child that shot him. i know people express themselves in different ways towards violence directed at them, but there is never a time to hurt, let alone, kill another human being. i would like to tell larry that the world has been more tolerant since he lived, but the war against hate lives on, while larry dies. RIP. Larry King. a gentle, beautiful child.

Right now I am crying for a complete stranger. The moment I read the artical in newsweek I burst into tears. It breaks my heart that there is such evil in this world. I am thirteen and I have never met your son but I hope that Larry is in a better place and that justice be served. God bless. I love you Larry.
