You were such a brave boy, you lived more in your few years than most people do in a life time....

My heart goes out to the King family and anyone else whose life has been touched by such a courageous and warm soul. Watching the slideshow we can see that Larry will never be forgotten...

I am the same age as lawrance and I couldn't believe what had happened. Same of my friends at school that were participating in the day of silence showed me a piece of paper explaining it and we as a group did not speark for the rest of the day. Everyone was very understanding of it and were happy that we did it. I think it be a good idea to hold another Day Of Silence to see how meny more people we can reach out to.Please notify me at Sethditto@aol.com if you do so! in memory of Lawrence King from us at Wilson Central Jr. High School

Oh my God. This is a true tragedy. This should never happen. Larry didn't deserve that awful cruelty. I didn't know him personally but I feel sadness and I do regret that no body could save him from his death. I hate every single H.F. on this planet. I won't forgive them, never, and I will Remember him for the rest of my live. Rest in piece dear Larry. I promise you I will try with all my heart & soul, change world. Maybe just a little bit, but I will try my best.

As a parent of a openly gay teenager,my heart goes out to the King family. I constantly worry about my son when he goes out of the house because of his sexuality. We as a people need to wake up and realize it's not ok to hurt or kill anybody, regardless of their race or sexuality! We love who we love and it's time for us to start LOVING one another. R.I.P Larry, the world missed out on an chance to meet a wonderful human being!!

I am a Lesbian. And I have been out with it for about a year now. When I heard Larrys story I was SHOCKED!! This world has SO many issues. I have been put down for being a lesbian. But, it makes me strong. I give Larry MAJOR props for coming out at the age of Fifteen. And not afriad to show who he really was. My blessings is with the King family. And friends. God Bless. P.S. Hopefully the kid who took a life will be tried as an adult.

I actually just heard about this via the Internet. Words can not express my deep sorrow. Except to let you know you are loved and supported. This world does have kind and caring people. Bless you King Family.
