I didn't know you and don't even live near you. I wanted to say how sad it is that you will never get to become a man that family could of and would of been proud of. You were so brave to come out at such a young age. I wish more ppl would do that. I wish I hadn't waited as long as I did. You're an angel now Larry. I truly hope we get to meet you on the other side. RIP

Larry was the type of boy who could only be himself. He would have continued to make this world a brighter place. May your sweet soul soar. I am so ashamed of our society for what was done to you. Forgive us all. Love and light.

I watched the video of this charming little boy with tears in my eyes. I have children who are the same age as Larry and I can't imagine what it would feel like to loose one of them this way. My heart goes out to his family and I hope some real lessons can be learnt about access to guns in the US and the way minorites are still viewed and treated everywhere in this world of ours.

I can't believe this beautiful child lost his life because he asked someone to be his Valentine. It breaks my heart. His friends and family are in my prayers. When will this world learn that being ones self is not a crime.

I am blown away that we cannot teach our children to be as accepting of others as we expect them all to be of us...... As a mother of young children, I will take this tragedy as yet another tool to TEACH my children that EVERYONE is as worthwhile as the next, and that everyone has a contribution in this world. I hope this will save even a single person from this same sort of senseless hate in the future.

He will always be in my heart. I will never forget about him. I wishes he didn't die. I don't care that he was gay. He is just like any other boys. It's what inside that counts and not the outside.

I cant believe kids can be like this.... i have a baby boy and if he were to tell me that he was gay i would accept him no matter what... i couldnt even finish watching the videos on facebook cuz i started to cry ..... that just hurts how people can be like this....

It breaks my heart to hear that this is happening to our young kids when we "christians" hold the truth that will set them free. We need to let all these kids know that Jesus loves them and He can help! My heart and prayers go out to Larry's family.
